Use of images and articles is restricted to editorial inclusion in user's own publication and not for re-sale, trade, packaging, promotion nor advertising. They may not be copied, distributed, reproduced or transmitted or sold in any form, existing or future.

No model releases or other releases exist on any Sardine Features images unless the existence thereof is specified in writing by Sardine Features.

Sardine Features images and articles may not be stored in any temporary or permanent electronic database for future use unless agreed to in writing by an authorized Sardine Features representative.

Sardine Features images shall not be altered or manipulated beyond normal image enhancements or cropping. Sardine Features articles shall not be altered beyond standard copy editing procedures and requirements and/or translation requirements and/or space requirements. The user shall not distort the substance of or editorial intent of photographs or stories. Should a user or subscriber violate these requirements, Sardine Features will attempt to obtain appropriate corrections and remedies from the member.

Although every effort is made to ensure the accuracy and reliability of Sardine Features's services, members acknowledge that Sardine Features is not liable for any loss, cost or damage arising out of any misuse, inaccuracies, errors or omissions in the information contained in Sardine Features service.

Sardine Features retains the full copyright and ownership of any Sardine Features article or image. All published materials shall contain the mandatory credit line. The appropriate credit line that must accompany the Sardine Features images (s) is indicated in the caption. The appropriate credit line that must accompany the Sardine Features article (s) is indicated in the story credit line. If no credits are indicated then the credit lines must read Sardine Features.

Payment will be due no later than thirty days after the date an invoice is sent to a customer.

Customer and designated users may not reproduce, redistribute, transmit, disseminate, publish or otherwise transfer, or commercially exploit any content they have received through Sardine Features, except as expressly permitted by Sardine Features. Customer and designated users may not reproduce, redistribute, transmit or commercially exploit software on the Web Site.

Should a user or subscriber violate any requirements or agreements between themselves and Sardine Features, Sardine Features will attempt to obtain appropriate corrections and remedies from the member and/or cancel or suspend their subscription/service without notice.
